Hi,
I'm kind of biginner of this program. I installed this program and it runs great. I'm running community site with this program and I want users can upload pictures. Please help if anyone knows how to do. It should be feature request if no way to do this. Thanks.

bad Idea. Very Bad Idea.

Keep Gallerys in admins control. I'll tell you why too... One word -> porn

..ok, so in a forum you can link a porn pic, but Barry Scotts "SIMPLE CLICK... AND THE POST IS GONE!" is all it takes to quickly remove a porn pic. In a photo gallary, you have the pic to remove, the thumb nail, you have to spend time logging in, accessing the manager, etc... So having "end Users" add pics to a "gallery" is a bad Idea....

...Unless you are willing to have some kinda monitoring policy. IE End Users upload pics, then you view them before publishing... but that would take up more of your time.

I actually have a need for this. I created a family website and would like for my wife to be able to upload photos without having to explain to her how to log into the admin console and navigate through it. It would make it alot easier if a registered user could upload photos.

There is only one login password for Expose possible, but you don't need to login into the J! backend to access it. Just go to <siteroot>/components/com_expose/expose/manager/manager.html.
Trial and error, but first a backup!

It might be beneficial to add the capability to turn off the manager login.

Removing Login for J! backend is on todo.
Trial and error, but first a backup!
