Can we have a shortcut, probably a button in JCE that links to a particular picture (normal size) in the album. After that, when clicking on the picture, it will load up the full size pic using a JCEbox ligthbox.

Currently, I have to upload every picture using expose, and then get the link of every single picture, which is very troublesome, because sometimes I want to link to a particular picture in the album

I have added it to the wanted feature list.
