Hi,

We're running XP with SP2, and also Vista (fully upgrade).

Tested in both Safari, IE6,7, and FF 2+

The problem (not on all machines) but on almost 10-15 that we've tested... the expose crashes on a reload (but if we clear the cache, it'll work). So the second time, it crashes and freezes in the loading screen and won't load any further.

Anyone experienced similiar problems?

If you need an example.

Please see:

fastwheels.ca/component/option,com_expose/Itemid,66/lang,en/

If you first see it, its fine, but if you click on another section and come back, its screwed up. Or it will be stuck on the load if you don't have your browser on "always download newest content - so no caching"

Let me know if anyone has similiar problems, or a way to solve this? Much appreicated.

We tested the demo site that was given on this site, and that worked fine. So is it a server issue? a xhtml/css issue? or?

Works fine for me here. Try turning off JoomlaFish (which it looks like you are running) and the SEF urls to see if that fixes your experience.

Hey admin,

I tried disabling the SEF friendly urls, and the virtuemart, same problem.

Could it be a server configuration problem? If so, where do we go about this? Any ideas?

You could PM me a link with login credentials to take a quick look. I can not guarantee any success or how fast I can take a look (have a full time job and only do this on the side like tokapi).

Hey Josh,

Thanks for the help.

Could the reason be that the Expose Gallery is on a custom template page of its own?

Because we set up another gallery on the same server, and it works.

PM-ed you with the new password to the album manager.

Thanks again.
