After changing the server where it was located my website exposé gives no error message but can not add or delete pictures and videos, I can not create albums or collections.

I've had to see the access permissions and apparently everything is ok.

Exposé can not be copied to a new server, some of the libs Exposé relies on gets screwed up when copied to a new location.

The only solution is to backup and reinstall.

I test the backup copy I have now on the server with the problems, to my local pc and everything works perfectly. Why in the server i have to instal de exposé again?

You should backup the Exposé files, uninstall Exposé and install Exposé.

Not restore you site backup again.
