So here is my problem, i installed joomla with no problems, installed few other components and tried to install your expose component but it doesn't work, it gives me error:

And then i log in to my ftp and check if this is true and here is what i see...it was not even created so this is wierd it says it is allreaday created but it is not...

Any idea anyone?

PS: My PHP settings under joomla PHP info are all green and all directories are writable.

Just installed Joomla 1.5 myselve yesterday and had the same strange error. I'm wondering if this wouldn't be a Joomla error? Anyway, the first steps for expose Joomla 1.5 are launched.

Strange error: asking if it isn't already installed on the first installation... I really guess it's a legacy plugin error since it's installing fine on 1.13...

Yes i also think that this is a joomla side error...do you have any instructions how to install it manually?

Not yet, I installed 1.5 also few days ago. At this moment, it's trail and error for me too.
Manually, you can view all the file-locations into the expose.xml installation script file. For the database, you'll need to peak to other rows in the table...
If you succeed, please send us a little howto note.
