Well one of our new team members (Tokapi) finished this new package

This package will allow you to install Expose a Second time on the same Joomla installation. If you have any feedback please post it here ONLY!!!!

I am so exciting to download and install it. But after do it, I am a little disappoint

I know we can do better together

There is a sample but serious mistake

The components is named "com_exposeprive" ,so it's installed in folder "components/com_exposeprive/"

But in many files, you can see ' include("../components/com_expose/expose/admin/config.expose.php"); '

Absolutely wrong path ! No "com_expose" folder exist

It can be easily fixed.

Oeps, indeed, I probably missed some includes because the original Expose still was installed on my testserver and therefore didn't cause any errors :roll:.
I'll review the modified version asap. Anyway, the picture part does work for me, even with these path errors.
BTW, the 2nd install isn't created for use as first install... (but after fixing these links, it should work as first install too)

Does it need DOMXML too?

Yep, It is just the same component, but with an other name so it can be installed twice on the same Joomla site. (eg: one for public, and the second for registered users only)

I just added the release that Tokapi fixed. It is at the same link as above.
