Ok, I am pulling my hair out here, and didn't have much to start with. I have moved 8 sites from one hosting provider to another. Both are running Windows Server 2003, both have xammp installed from the same source, and the move involved db dump/import and direct file copies of site code, php.ini, and all other ini/conf files that I know of.

Where I am running into trouble is the following:
Any site that has Expose installed, the site front-end is super slow. The more images that the component managed, the slower the site.
Sites that do not have Expose installed, no problem.
When I try to go to the Expose page on the front end, and the login page on the backend, all I get is the graphic object icon and nothing more.
I can get into Main Config, Font Config, and System Check and all is fine there.
Performance on the back-end is supurb, just dead on the front end.

Hmm, try some caching. The images you have uploaded, are they huge?
