I've been trying to get this to work for many hours and read so many posts. I finally arrived at installing the exposeprivescroller mod .

I'm really stuck and confused with all the posts, files and work arounds.

The prive version of Expose is for people, that need two galleries on the same site.

So to use the scroller module with "normal" Expose, you need the "normal" scroller.

First of all, thank you for this wonderful component! I read you reply, TBK, and I'm a little confused .. In my site (www.minirugbycasale.it) I've used Expose for all the photos of 2008-2009 rugby season (you can see this under "Stagione 2008-2009" -> "Album fotografici" menu). Now, for the new season, I want another gallery under "Stagione 2009-2010" menu ... I can't see any problem to do this, even not using the "prive" module. Following the manual, I've linked directly the topcollection dedicated to season 2008-2009 and now I've added another top collection at top level (still empty) and I planned to link this new top collection to the other menu .. Is anything wrong in this? TIA, Andrea.

No, there are no issues in doing that.

My poor english doesn't help me .. yes, TBK, my reply in effect wasn't related to the first post of this thread, but to your answer, and in particular to this words: "The prive version of Expose is for people, that need two galleries on the same site.". What I tried to say is that you can have two different galleries with the normal component, without using anything else (I've already done this and it works very well!)... But probably I've missunderstood your reply .. doesn't matter!

It is for people who need two separate galleries on the same site.
