This is a long issue..
First, check if your server has the minimum requirements for Joomla!:
Check if the server has the minimum requirements for Expose:

PHP 5 or higher
-
DOM library
-
GD2 library
Restart the server service to apply the new settings.
Did you try to change the .htaccess file? By default, in the root of your Joomla! site, you can find a htaccess.txt file which you need to rename. Add the following lines to it:
# Config for Expose component: upload errors SecFilterEngine??? Off SecFilterScan???POST Off # End config Expose
Note: Your host can restrict some or all functions that you write in this file. If you get an Apache error after renaming/creating this file. If so, you’ll need to contact your host. (more info on http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/core.html#allowoverride )
Or your pictures/movies are to big (usually > 2M).
